Wow look @ all of your research on floors. We actually didn't go with the cement flooring as we got a good deal on hardwood.

Nice to see you again. Hardwood is good. Go with steam to clean it it kills the germ and it does not let water sit on the hardwood floors-it dries to quick. With that many little feet you need it to dry quick.
