School For Staging A Home!

There is a different kind of school that might interest those
that like interior design. It is for staging a home for sale.

Staging a home for sale, if the home is empty you want people
to see what it would look like with furniture in it. It helps the
home to sell better to have furniture in the home.

You might use some of the furniture that the client has or
come up with all of it yourself.

You give the client the best look for the home. Show of all the
good points about the home. Down play the bad points or make
them into a plus if you can.

You are there to help sell the home to people that walk through it.
People can see what it would look like with furniture in the right
places would look like, to make it look the best that it could be.

You also have lighting, art, and plants to make the rooms look
cozy and warm.

Change a few things like wall color if needed. Change out the hardware
in the kitchen. This makes the home look better to the person that
might buy the home.

Haverhill is an online school for staging a home. Check it out for yourself.
